Checkout is SSL protected, and credit card payments are processed by PayPal. For your protection, LittlePretty does not buy, sell or share customer information or email addresses.

We are also obsessive shredders.

What if I want to change my order?

We will happily modify your order if you contact us before we ship it. Please email Service@LittlePretty.com

How do I track my order?

You will receive a UPS confirmation as soon as we ship your package. If you didnt receive one, please let us know Service@LittlePretty.com

What is your return policy?

We accept returns of merchandise in pristine condition within 30 days for a full refund. After 30 days, we will accept pristine merchandise for store credit. See the Returns, Repairs & Exchanges page for full details.

When sending, we advise you to track the package, to insure it at the full price paid, and to not write JEWELRY anywhere on the package.

When will my credit card be refunded?

Once we have received your package, we will process your refund in the original form of payment within five business days, and email you a confirmation of the refund. Please remember your bank may take a few days to post the refund to your account once they have received the information from us.
